The Annual Maulana Dotch Golf Classic is a one-day golf tournament hosted at Hermann Park Golf Course, benefitting the junior golfers of Journey Through 18.  This tournament is an opportunity to raise funds to provide young girls in the Houston area with access to learning and playing the game of golf. 

We provide access to free, year-round programming in golf instruction, tournament preparation, sports internships, mentorship, and local special events throughout Houston, Texas. We pride ourselves on offering free membership and programming to our participants, allowing more families and girls to excel in golf without facing financial barriers.

Funds raised through the Maulana Dotch Golf Classic are essential to supporting this mission, helping cover expenses related to tournaments, events, instruction, nutrition, clothing, travel, and overall program operations. This support allows Journey Through 18 to continue offering meaningful opportunities at no cost, creating an inclusive environment where girls can build friendships, receive mentorship, and participate in community experiences that develop both golf skills and fundamental life skills.
